3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Maintain the security of their account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.
• Abide by all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Launching Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attacks, phishing schemes, or other malicious activities. These actions may result in immediate termination of service, and we reserve the right to report such incidents to law enforcement.
• Excessive use of CPU, bandwidth, or other resources that negatively impact other clients.
• Hosting copyrighted material without permission from the copyright holder.
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these terms.

5. Billing and Payment

Our services are billed on either a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, unless otherwise agreed upon. Payments must be made on or before the due date indicated on your invoice. Late payments may incur a fee of 6% of the outstanding balance per day. Services not paid within seven (7) days after suspension may be terminated, and data from terminated services may be permanently deleted.

6. Service Availability and Uptime

We strive to provide a 99.9% uptime for our Services. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to factors outside of our control, such as network outages, hardware failures, or third-party service disruptions.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security. Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their data. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain backups of your data, we recommend users maintain their own backups for critical data.

8. Data and Backups

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their data is backed up regularly. While we may provide optional backup services, these should not be relied upon as the sole method of data preservation. We are not liable for data loss due to user error, hardware failure, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure you maintain a local copy of important data at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services, including loss of data or service interruptions.

10. Modification to Terms
